Every report lists the assessors who worked on it, what each of them examined, and what they are qualified to judge. If a finding is challenged, the person who wrote it is the person who defends it.
How we staff an engagement
A principal, a lead assessor and a reviewer who never met the client.

The principal owns the findings
They scope the engagement, run the readout and put their name on the cover. They do not hand the work to someone junior once the contract is signed.

The lead assessor gathers the evidence
Repositories, accounts, contracts, interviews, site visits. Every item logged as it arrives so each later finding can point back at something specific.

A reviewer checks the scoring cold
Someone who has not spoken to the client rescores a sample against the rubric. If their scores diverge from the assessor's, we work out why before the report goes out.
