Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it rather than pointing at a clause.
Privacy notice
AuditTrax Labs Inc collects only what it needs to respond to you and to run engagements. That means the details you type into a form, the answers you give in the readiness check if you choose to send them, and basic analytics about how this site is used.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry, and arrange a call where you asked for one.
- Send the readiness check breakdown, and one follow-up, where you asked for it.
- Send the monthly notes if you subscribed. One click unsubscribes.
What we do not do with it
- Sell it, rent it, or share it with a data broker.
- Add you to a marketing list because you filled in a different form.
- Use engagement material for anything beyond the engagement, other than the anonymised rubric scores described in the disclosure policy.
Your rights
Write to privacy@audittraxlabs.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We reply within thirty days and usually much sooner.
Terms of use
This site is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or professional advice you should act on without an engagement in place.
Readiness check results
The readiness check is self reported and takes two minutes. It is an indication of where to look, not an assessment, and it should not be represented to a third party as one. Only a signed report issued under an engagement carries our findings.
Reports and reliance
Reports are issued to the named client for the purpose stated in the scope. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement, which we grant routinely in transaction contexts and which exists so we know who is relying on what.
Intellectual property
The AuditTrax Index, our rubrics and the report formats are ours. The findings, designs and remediation plans in a report belong to the client who commissioned them, and are written so any third party can execute them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Cookie notice
This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them are used for advertising and none are shared with an advertising network.
- Essential. Keeps the site working, remembers whether you dismissed a banner. Cannot be turned off.
- Analytics. Aggregate page views so we know which pages people actually read. Anonymised, and you can decline.
- Readiness check. Holds your answers in your own browser while you complete it. Nothing leaves your device until you press send.
Your browser settings can block all of these. The readiness check will still run, but it will not remember your place if you reload the page.
