How we work
Everything we score is written down before we score it.
The rubrics are public. The peer benchmark is published. The evidence sits behind every number. This page exists so you can check our method before you hire us, rather than after you disagree with a finding.
The four steps
We tell you on day one where the calendar actually goes.
Most of it is spent gathering evidence, because that is what makes a finding hold when the team who built the system pushes back on it.

If you disagree
Every finding can be challenged, and we publish what happens when you do.
Send us the counter evidence. If it holds, we correct the finding, reissue the report and note the correction on page one.
